Owner

Monica has been in the caregiver industry for 28 years. She started out as a caregiver herself before starting her agency in 2009. Monica makes a point to be very hands on with her agency through every stage--from assessments to scheduling.

JINKY HILARIO

Head LVN and Marketing Director

Jinky oversees the caregiver training program at our office. She also takes care of scheduling and payroll needs. As our Head LVN, she networks with the LA and OC communities to build meaningful partnerships.

Jennifer Lewis

Recruitment Coordinator and Administrator

Jennifer oversees the recruitment process and helps applicants with the application and orientation process as well as navigating through California's HCSB requirements and keeping up to date with new amendments.
